After being trained in London by Maureen Austin, a highly sought-after leader in the skin industry, Emma managed and successfully grew several clinics by revolutionising operational practices and developing innovative skin treatments. With a career spanning nursing, midwifery, and specialist surgery support, Emma infuses her training with a medical perspective that results in an unparalleled customer experience. She is also the owner of 80/20, a 100% Australian-made proprietary skincare line developed from her decades-long experience in the industry.
